This one includes an awesome piece on artist Shawn Kerri, a really influential artist to me and we also used her art for the cover of this one. Christian Moreno has breakfast with Keith Morris and grilles him with tons of questions, old and new. A short interview with Chuck from Bullet Treatment. Bradley Williams interviews Shakey Bones. El Beardo's "State Of The Skate." A "Pedro Art Damage" feature on artist Chet Zar. New bands in town include Epic Debauchery, The Grimes and Sleepover. Pedro Bob gives us the skinny on Royal Palms. The cover photo was taken by the late photographer Naomi Petersen. I had a chance to work with Naomi for a short time at SST Records; she was one of the coolest people that I met there. This one features a rare interview with drummer George Hurley about everything you wanted to know and then some. An interview with The Underground Railroad To Candyland that actually also made it in Thrasher Magazine, but this is the entire interview and not the cut-up version. Christian Moreno interviews QUI with lots of smart-ass remarks from one David Yow (Scratch Acid, the Jesus Lizard). Halbadal takes a trip to Orange County and wings an interview with Drinkers Purgatory. Ian Vanek (Japanther, 99mm) interrogates Matt and Kim. A Victor Sedillo spread of awesome 1979-1980 early punk photos. "El Beardo’s Skate Chronicles" includes his usual, awesome, photo work. A "Pedro Art Damage" feature on artist Tom Berg. Two new "New Bands in Town" include SS Fun and The Shoplifters. More wackiness by Scott Aicher. Some great Shanty Cheryl photos from various Pedro gigs. Tito's on the fly Thanksgiving Story. Pedro Bob tells us about the early history of our town. A badass centerfold of Yamo blazing at the 'dale. Charles Bukowski poems, busted domes, much reviews, paying our dues …
